Light Weight Floating Docks are very popular with residential homeowners and associations on inland lakes. Our 4” deck module attaches directly to an environmentally safe, polyethylene encased floatation providing a 14” freeboard. Locking plate connections are used alternately with hinged connections to provide a good balance of stiffness and absorb wave action. Light Weight Floating Docks have been in use at residential sites since 1975.
Residential Light Weight Floating Docks
The Light Weight model provides Metal Craft quality at a more competitive price point. It out performs mid-priced floating dock systems from other dock manufacturers. Light Weight Floating aluminum docks are available in four widths (3′, 4′, 5′, 6′) and in three lengths (10′, 12.5′, 15′) with a freeboard of 14″ high. Use when water is deeper than 7 ft. or fluctuates. There are 24 Residential Floating Dock models available. Stationary and Floating Docks can also be used together.
